We have so much information at our fingertips, but so much of it is bad information resulting in confusion. I believe there are simple solutions, and simple dietary solutions. Many non-communicable diseases can be avoided with the right diet, as has been stated by the World Health Organisation. Eating well can be easy and does not need to involve consuming rare powdered root vegetables grown in the rain forest, nor seaweed cultivated the other side the of world! The key is eating food, real food, and according to our own individuality. As a nutritional therapist, my advice is individualised, considering health holistically.
