Nutrition is a daily practice

I believe that nutrition coaching should help people find their own healthy lifestyle and eating pattern which fits in with their daily life. Perfection is not the key, repetition is the key.


A little more about me

I am a knowledgeable and qualified nutritionist with a Masters degree in Food, Nutrition and Health and a Bachelors degree in personalised nutrition. I have been working as a nutritional therapist since 2014, and for two years prior to that I worked as a dietary therapist.

I can advise on diets from a nutritional standpoint, but also from a personal standpoint; I understand special diets from having practiced them. I became vegetarian at the age of 11, much to the discontent of my mother who had 4 other children to cook for (she later joined me in vegetarianism!). I spent 2 years as a raw vegan in my 20s, which I did as a therapeutic measure after having a very bad case of food poisoning. I’ve spent many years as a vegan. I currently live by the keto diet and practice intermittent fasting as I think this style of eating is extremely beneficial to health.

I am a specialist in digestion and diets for digestive issues, in particular inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). I have done extensive training on these conditions through the well respected laboratory, Invivo Clinical, and I have helped many clients with digestive disorders.

I also have a special interest in nutrition for cancer. I am a researcher for Yes for Life, a cancer charity in the United Kingdom, and I am a nutritionist for Cancer Support France.
